Survivor mode
Real NFL endings, back to back. Win to stay alive. Lose once and your run is over.
How Survivor works
Every game drops you into the fourth quarter of a real NFL game with the real score, clock, field position and timeouts, and you call every play until the final whistle. Win and you move on to the next game. Lose and the run is over. Your run is the number of games you won in a row.
The games get harder
A run starts with two warm-ups, where your team is favored. Then come toss-ups, then games where you start behind the odds, and from game ten on, long shots that most NFL coaches lose. The difficulty comes from the real win chance at the start of each drive, so a deep run means you won games you weren't supposed to.
Overtime is yours to call
Tied at the end of regulation? You play the overtime under the current NFL rules: a coin toss, then both teams get the ball, and after that the next score wins. A regular-season overtime can still end in a tie, which keeps your run alive without counting as a win. Playoff games go on until somebody wins.
Every call is still graded
Survivor uses the same engine as the daily drive: each call is graded on win chance, not on how the play turned out. When a run ends, you see the calls that cost you the last game, how your run compares with everyone else's, and a share card with one square per game. Want to rehearse a situation first?
